    This includes lifting, open gyms, leagues, etc.
  • 7/2/2025 Make certain you have a current physical and final forms updated before tryouts! Link here: Athletic Forms
    If you are not listed in Final Forms, please make sure to register and choose Women's Volleyball as your sport /extracurricular.
    You must be GREEN in order to tryout. This means a current physicl uploaded, all forms filled out, and all forms signed by both the player and parents.

  • 7/11/2025 Updated procedures and policies per new AD. Tryout policies and procedures will be adjusted. Stay tuned!

  • 7/11/2025 Recommended daily conditioning:
    • Block Jumps - 20 total, 10 each side.
    • Plank routine - elbows: 30 alternating leg lifts, then 60 second hold. straight arms: 30 shoulder touches, then 60 second hold.
    • Single leg hops (in place): 50 each foot
    • Approach jumps from one knee X20 (each leg)
